Yeshwanth Shenoy is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Kerala, having more than 23 years of experience. He has a counsel practice and regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Bombay, the High Court of Delhi & High Court of Kerala. Adv.Shenoy also has appeared before the High Court of Calcutta, High Court of Jharkhand and High Court of Karnataka. He also appears before Securities Appellate Tribunal, Armed Forces Tribunal, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, The National Green Tribunal etc.

Adv. Shenoy has experience within the industry and played his legal role with Fortune 500 companies in Engineering, IT & Telecom like Larsen and Tubro (L&T), British Telecom (BT), Computer Associates (CA).

Adv.Shenoy has Policy making expertise and worked with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Environment Protection and Climate Change. Mr.Shenoy drafted the contracts under the Biological Diversity Act of 2002 which has been notified by the Government of India. Mr.Shenoy was a legal consultant with the National Biodiversity Authority and several State Biodiversity Boards. Mr.Shenoy was a legal consultant to many Agricultural institutions and drafted the first seed licencing Agreement for the Indian Institute of Horticultural Research (IIHR,Bangalore) through the Ministry of Agriculture. 

Adv.Shenoy’s expertise in Aviation Law and Biodiversity law is well known and Adv.Shenoy has appeared in many landmark cases related to Aviation Safety, Biodiversity Conservation and Securities Law.

Adv.Shenoy had interned with the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute and had worked on issues related to organised crime, Counter Terrorism, Security during Major Events, human trafficking, Chemical Biological Radioactive and Nuclear (CBRN) threats.

Adv.Yeshwanth Shenoy has authored 3 books and penned several articles in national and International Journals. Adv.Shenoy prepared modules on Biodiversity Law for FICCI. Adv.Shenoy is a well known speaker at National & International conferences. Adv.Shenoy is also visiting faculty at various law colleges.
